SALES SCRIPTS
“Hi, this is (insert your name). I am (title/role) from (Your Company). I was hoping to get the name of the person to send our new corporate catering menu to.”
In most cases you will get one of the following responses:
“That would be me.” (This is the best.)
“That would be [Name].”
“We don’t do any (or very little) catering.”
What to say to the response “That would be me.”
The dialog should go something like this:
“Great! What is your name?”
“I am Jenn Rivers”
“Would you mind spelling the last name?”
“R i v e r s.”
“Thanks, Iam. And your address is 123 Main Street?”
“Correct.”
“Thank you. About how many times a month do you have food brought in?”
“4-5 times.”
